Materials

The attention to product quality starts from the choice of raw materials, which are sought in their purest components. The assessment is based on rigorous criteria and over 60 years of care and selection of the best suppliers. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of potential elements that could impede free movement and full use by customers in their production cycle.

ZAMAK

The Zamak used in die-casting is of initial smelting, certified according to European standard UNI EN 1774.
We maintain constant traceability throughout the entire production cycle.
The heavy minerals present in the alloy are significantly below the limit values indicated by the most restrictive regulations ascribed to the clothing and leather goods sectors.

BRASS

Brass plate: very ductile material that lends itself to various processes such as bending, cambering, milling and turning. Ideal for making plates, pendants, rings, buckles and hooks. Fusion brass: excellent for the creation of more artistic and complex objects, such as jewellery. Before galvanising it can be welded with silver and receive treatments such as tumbling, roughing and polishing. It can be deeply engraved or marked on the surface.

  • RESISTANCE OVER TIME
  • TOLERANCE WITH COMPLEX WORKS
  • CUSTOMISABLE WITH ENGRAVINGS

PLASTIC

Nylon PA6, abs, methacrylate, polyethylene and polypropylene, thermoplastic rubber and polyester. Articles made with these materials can be treated with galvanic, glossy, matte and rubberised, tamp printed and sublimated finishes, in order to respond to the most varied stylistic requests. Moreover, vintage, tumbling and laser treatments allow us to give products a unique creative value.
